## Setup

- Project with Premium Feature
- Add rules to `CODEOWNERS` file
- Create groups and assign roles (`Developer` at least)
- Invite groups to the project
- Protected branches: Turn on the `Require approval from code owners` toggle
- Configure `All eligible users` approval rule
